AUBG is moving in the right direction during the last 2 years and the change in the leadership now is sheer nonsense. We don't want to return 2-3 years back and don't want BOT to repeat the same mistakes and to risk the future of AUBG.

To close, to get or to prepare for the future President.

You do not understand, the idea is to redefine all cabinet officers’ roles and recruit entirely new, significantly more qualified cabinet-level administration, lol.

Philosophically this is the case.

Respected BOT members??? Why AUBG BOT remove the person who stabilizes the situation and they put someone who closes universities? Apparently you have not considered the magnitude of the impact your decision have had on the students, faculty, alumni, and community at the AUBG.

In all of this he has personal interests, but the AUBG INSTITUTION is above them.

The struggle for supremacy between board members again leads to a hasty decision.

A new structure, a new administration - sounds so familiar…….. Who was singing this song?

It will be interesting - who's dismissal list will be executed - the Kulinski one's or it will be enriched? For sure the main targets will be the same. Dear BOT members where you will recruit entirely new, significantly more qualified cabinet-level administration?

Dear board of trustees,
All of your actions are very transparent. Steve is quitting, out of nowhere and for no reason? Hard to believe. Steve is an extremely responsible individual and unless there is a very serious reason, he wouldn't quit in the middle of his contract since that would be detrimental to the university at this time. When he came on board, AUBG was in shambles and in no more than a month he was able to take control of the situation and turn it around by instilling trust and mutual respect (in the institution). It is thanks to him and his team that AUBG is now more successful than it has been in years. Steve is the epitome of professionalism, brilliance, responsibility and goodness. And despite all of that and all of Steve's qualities/qualifications, there is now a recommendation for a new president on the horizon - out of nowhere and very quickly put together; a president whose qualities are not compatible with this institution. And so one can't help but ask oneself: why, just why?
Please spare us the cliches and give us the real reason/true answer.

Another former Southern Vermont College benefactor is suing the recently shuttered school in an effort to recoup their donation. Bruce Laumeister and his wife Elizabeth Small have taken the school to court to block SVC from selling off the Laumeister Art Center – which the couple donated in 2017 – and to have their gift to the school voided. The arts center sits on nearly 6 acres on Gypsy Lane in Bennington and is worth upwards of $2 million, according to the plaintiffs. Maybe America for Bulgaria is next? After all they paid USD 8,000,000 for the ABF Student Center. Or should they wait until AUBG closes doors?

America for Bulgaria owns the current mess, because they put their minions on our board and did everything possible to get Steve out. They won’t sue, but somebody, probably somebody close to them, will get the juicy bits, endowment, real estate and all, when AUBG fails.
